Cookie policy

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
This page explains which cookies we use and how to change your choice. The principle we start from: without your consent, nothing optional is loaded into the page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser that let a site recognise you across pages or visits. Without them we could not, for example, keep you signed in after logging in.
2. How we treat optional cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are set automatically, because the platform does not work without them — the law does not require consent for these.
For everything else we ask on your first visit. If you decline, the script is not merely disabled: it never reaches the page, so it is not downloaded and cannot write anything to your browser.
3. The categories we use
- Strictly necessary — login, session and remembering your cookie choice. Cannot be disabled.
- Preferences — remembers your selected language and display settings.
- Statistics — would anonymously show which pages get used. We currently have no analytics tool installed; the category exists so that such a tool cannot be added without your consent.
- Marketing — campaign measurement and personalised content. We use nothing in this category.
4. Cookies currently set
The list below is generated directly from the application configuration, so it reflects exactly what is set, not what we intended to set.
5. Third-party content
On the tourism page we display a map based on OpenStreetMap. Loading map tiles sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap servers, which is necessary to display the map. The map sets no tracking cookies.
Social sharing buttons are plain links: they load no third-party scripts and do not track you. An external site learns about you only if you actually click the button.
6. How to change your choice
At any time, from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie valid for 12 months, after which we ask again.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will make logging in impossible.
7. Contact
